Sahana is a Mobile Application launched by Techsukras Software Private Limited
for offering various music-related services targeting people having interest in Carnatic music.
This application provides users the ability to connect with musicians, learn music through
interactive tools, purchase courses and content, attend classes, receive and perform
assignments, obtain memberships, and enjoy various aspects of Carnatic music culture.
This application does not specifically target users of any particular age group or country.
However, we recommend parental guidance for users under 13 years of age.

If you want all your data to be deleted from this app, you have two options:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to reach@techsukras.com with
the following information:
- Your registered email address or mobile number (username)
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Sahana"
- Important: Do NOT send any passwords to us
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email once your data has been
deleted.
Option 2: In-App Deletion (Coming Soon)
We are working on a web-based interface using which you will be able to trigger deletion of your data
directly without needing the email process. This feature will be available soon in the app settings.
What Happens When You Delete Your Data?
- Your account and profile will be permanently deleted
- All your personal information will be removed from our database
- Your purchased content and memberships will no longer be accessible
- This action cannot be undone
- Some information may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as required by law
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to:
